Ceremony Coordination

We work closely with planners and officiants to ensure:

  • Precise cue timing

  • Flexible timeline shifts

  • Smooth recessional to cocktail hour transition

Music & Customization

Setup & Logistics

  • Arrival: 45-60 minutes prior to performance time

  • Requirements: One chair for each musician

  • Power: Not required (unless amplified)

  • Certificate of Insurance available upon request

  • Pop, Jazz, Country, & more

  • Custom song requests 

  • Pre-ceremony music

Outdoor Considerations

  • Overhead coverage required to protect instruments from direct sun or light rain

  • Ideal performance temperature: 57°–80°F

  • Climate considerations (shade, heaters) help ensure optimal sound quality

  • ​Indoor backup location required in case of inclement weather
